Bride Before and After, Featured in Vow

This editorial was the brainchild of event planner extraordinaire Isha Foss.  The idea was a bridal 'before and after', featuring a real bride (the stunning Veronica) and three different 'looks'.

Force of Nature Kim Wadsworth, the editor of Vow Magazine and the best Makeup artist I know, did the makeup for the three looks.

Anthony Taflambas created the amazing coiffures.  Anthony is a genius at bridal hair.  Actually he's pretty much a hair genius in general.  He does my hair, which used to be....mousy.  And is now the color of rich chestnut kissed by the sun.  Seriously.  My hair looks awesome : ) Thanks Anthony!!!

Back to the article.

So I got to spend the day hanging out with some of my favorite people, watching as they  made a beautiful woman even more beautiful.  And then I photographed it!

Here are a couple of spreads:

You'll need to pick up a copy of Vow to see the whole thing!

A few months after this was shot, Isha, Kim and I worked at Veronica's stunning Eastern Shore wedding.  I'll be posting it soon.

The dream team:

Anthony, Veronica, Isha and Kim.

And I wanted to shout out to Brenda Davis Mihalko, Vow's graphic designer, who does such a fantastic job

making the pages of Vow sing.
