Happy New Years from San Miguel....
Friday, January 15, 2010 at 10:27AM I know this is a bit late.....but I spent the New Years in San Miguel shooting Evangelina and Ben's amazingly lovely wedding....Which I will show you soon (along with about fifteen other weddings I haven't blogged yet ; )
San Miguel is a lovely mountain town in Guanajuato. I have been there twice to shoot weddings, and each time I have fallen in love a little more with the town and it's people. Above is the Jardin and the Parroquia of St. Michael the Archangel. It really IS that fairy tale-ish.

The Jardin features these wonderful topiary Laurel trees. Very Dr. Suess.
My Mom met me there (and was a fabulous assistant at the wedding). Last time, my best friend met me there. My boys are jealously waiting for their turn.
