Will Work for Art
Mike Foley is an artist and designer in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is responsible for some cool national ad campaigns you might recognize. A couple of years ago we traded art for photographs of his gorgeous family. I mention this because it is October, and the paintings Mike sent me are from his 'Pumpkinicity' series. Something about these charming little paintings makes me want to drink hot cider and eat gingerbread....

Norfolk Craft Mafia
I love handicrafts! I love to knit, bead, collage, make things out or paper mache' and all that other stuff. Imagine my delight when I found the Norfolk Craft Mafia. I love their poster.
They are having a show at the Masonic Temple on Granby street Saturday, November 10th. I have a wedding at the Chrysler that day, but will try to make it early.
