Welcome to my blog! I am a Virginia based photographer who regularly travels to shoot weddings and portraits for discerning clients looking for relaxed, natural and contemporary photography with a fine art flair.

Have fun digging through the blog. My blog is primarily a place to show off the fantastic weddings and families I have the privilege of photographing. I also like to throw in design inspiration and personal work. Thanks for visiting and come back often!

Shannon and Robbie: Wren Chapel and Williamsburg Lodge Wedding

Shannon and Robbie were married at the gorgeous Wren Chapel, on the campus of William and Mary. Their reception was held at the Williamsburg Lodge.

Shannon and Robbie are actors, and they were a joy to photograph, totally at ease in front of the camera. Much happiness and success to you both!

I loved Shannon's Cynthia Rowleys. The rhinestone buckle is so dramatic.

The guys had a lot of fun during the decidedly informal formal session. So did I. They were hilarious.

The girls had a lot of fun too!
I loved that Shannon chose a color and allowed her bridesmaids to pick their own dresses.

Lauren and Josh at the Chrysler Museum!!

Lauren and Josh had their ceremony and reception at the Chrysler Museum. Michelle Kilgoredid a fantastic job coordinating this gorgeous evening wedding. The flowers were created by Bloom and featured a gorgeous green color palette. Huber Court was aglow with light, thanks to the artful lighting design of Blue Steel Pro Lighting.

I loved this wedding! It was a delight to photograph. Much, much happiness to you, Lauren and Josh!
